Peyton McNabb, Soccer
"Peyton is one of the most talented and dedicated players we have ever had in the Lady Irish Soccer Program. Her dream of playing for the Irish began well before she entered Springfield Catholic High and the flame never diminished. She made an immediate impact on the field her freshman season as she scored a goal one minute into her first game. Her sophomore season was taken from her by an ACL injury, but she returned as a junior and led us to within an eyelash of a state championship. She was poised for a great senior season, but it tragically ended when she broke her fibula in the season opening jamboree. We will miss Peyton greatly as she leaves SCHS to continue her academic and soccer careers at Northern Michigan University. Her legacy of dedication, loyalty, and hard work embody the spirit of Springfield Catholic High School and Lady Irish soccer.."
